    Ft Bragg, CA, 4/4/2014 — American Health Information Management Association provides information to the health and fitness community. Their most recent case study was to document 10 weeks of strength training with female understudy in her quest to lose body fat and gain muscles, using The Fortius Fitness Blueprint, Physique Mastery.

    The 10 week program focused on 3 areas, Tracking, Training, Nutrition. Ellen Pace spokesperson for the AMHIMA explains, in order for Case Study to achieve the healthy looking, physique that the understudy was after.
