Feb 20, 2015 /prREACH/ -- A parade float running into an electrical wire caused the loss of 16 people's lives, with 78 more injured. Frux wants to take a moment to share their respects for those that were lost or hurt in the events, where sadness and grief overwhelmingly overtake a festival of such joy and celebration as Carnival offers year after year. Brazil also felt the raw and deadly affects of electricity when three men there were also killed during the manoeuvring of a parade float during their annual celebrations.
