The newly unanimously elected president is Gary Birnberg who supersedes the successful tenure of the prior president Severine Gianese.

The FACC Florida is a non-profit organization which mission is to build, maintain and nurture business relationships between France and the United States for corporate and individual members throughout the South Florida area. The appointment of Marcela Arbeláez will allow her to continue her initiative of integration among incoming and local enterprises, as well as mentoring and supporting businesses in developing comprehensive export initiatives that involve logistics, consulting as well as multilingual marketing practices.

Ms. Arbeláez has been an active member of the International Committee and currently volunteers as co-chair of the Consular and Trade Committee of Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and was recently appointed as a new member of the South Florida DEC (District Export Council) Committee.
