FoodyTV’s brand new show, Camille’s Paleo Kitchen, is bringing the Paleo Diet to the forefront. In its fourth episode, host Camille Macres welcomes executive chef and co-founder of Paleo f(x), Michelle Norris, as her special guest. The two chefs will discuss how food can affect one’s mood, both positively and negatively, and how to prepare some great “good mood food”.

This episode, which premieres Tuesday March 24, 2015 on FoodyTV, will feature recipes for Banana Blueberry Muffins with Walnut Streusel, Wild Salmon Caesar Salad with Toasted Almonds and Creamy Avocado and Dark & White Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and teach viewers which foods can naturally make them feel better. Viewers will also have an opportunity to win a pair of all-access passes to this year’s Paleo f(x) conference, a prize valued at over $700.

Paleo f(x) is an organization that hosts an annual conference and symposium in Austin TX. Michelle and her husband, Keith Norris, founded Paleo f(x) in 2011. Since its inaugural conference, Paleo f(x) has grown to become the largest Paleo health event in the world. The 3 day conference features presentations, cooking demonstrations and workshops led by top health practitioners, scientist and more.

Camille’s Paleo Kitchen airs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 8:30pm EDT/5:30pm PDT on FoodyTV. FoodyTV is currently available on AppleTV, Roku, GoogleTV and AmazonFire. All recipes and episodes are also available at paleokitchen.tv.
