Author, speaker and executive wellness coach Sam Hester is used to walking audiences through the steps to wellness and effective stress management. His new blog "From the Corner Office" is meant to create a conversation around the issues that can keep business leaders stressed, less productive and prone to burnout and serious health problems. Hester will feature fresh thought and practical tips from his years coaching executives out of health and fitness slumps.
Also, his own experience completely recovering from Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome formed the basis for a simple, research-driven, evidence-based solution for extremely common but often overlooked self-care habits that affect a large percentage of the workforce.
Following on his success as author of "Soar to Success Minus the Stress" and "Executive Wellness: The 4-Week Get-Back-On-Track Program," and 3-time finisher in the BP MS-150 Houston-to-Austin bike ride, Hester is scheduling coaching and speaking engagements into 2015. He is also on track to release a companion workbook to Executive Wellness later this year.

As it turns out, the overall results are disappointing. And in my experience most executives in the V and C suites -- corner office decision-makers -- are not using these programs anyway. I wanted to provide a forum that offers cutting edge information for leaders that will help them to be more effective and productive in their everyday lives."ImagesContact
