(PDS) has been providing outstanding, AACM accredited, HOA management services to Phoenix Valley area communities since 1995. Last month they announced the launch of a new mobile application to better serve their growing communities.

The company continues to make great strides in achieving their goals to consistently improve internal processes and the technology available to the communities. Early last year PDS introduced an informative blog to all board members, which provided not only community updates, but also online registration access to board education trainings, and legislative updates to viewers. Next month PDS will launch a comprehensive website for the residents and board members alike.

Their new application, named “HOA Link,” is the first of its kind in the HOA management industry. It offers direct communication between communities and the management company.

The easy to use application allows users to look up PDS community websites, contact community managers, make payments within seconds, report violations, and learn about upcoming community events - all while on the go.

HOA members can also quickly submit pictures to Planned Development Services and access all necessary forms such as violation inquiries, violation appeals, address changes, and property manager updates, while using the HOA Link. Additional special features include a tip calculator, QR scanner, and a car finder.

Planned Development Services is structured to ensure accurate communication between HOA Board members, homeowners, and their PDS team of community managers. The development of the HOA Link application is a natural progression of the company's mission to communicate with homeowners and boards promptly and efficiently.
