May 12, 2014 /prREACH/ -- Planned Development Services is excited to now offer a more accessible location for existing customers, a larger space for educating HOA board members, and additional meeting space for prospective clients. Based on the growth of the company’s HOA board training courses, the new office location will allow the company to better facilitate the growing needs of their communities.

Planned Development Services new office is located directly off of the 101 at 14100 N. 83rd Avenue, Suite 200, Peoria, AZ 85381. Homeowners are always encouraged to stop by with any questions or concerns regarding their home or community during business hours: Monday through Thursday 7am – 6pm, and Friday 8:30am – 3pm.

Lori Rutledge, President of Planned Development Services comments, "We strive to deliver consistent communication and support of our homeowners and board members on a daily basis. To sustain harmony and a quality of life in our HOA communities, our interaction with each other is of the utmost importance. We also value continuing education for our boards, as they are the backbone of our communities, and many of them are volunteers. Our new office demonstrates our commitment to provide the highest levels of service and maintain an “open door policy” to all of the Phoenix Valley communities who partner with PDS.”

The decision to move to a larger office, accompanied by the recent launch of the company’s new website, falls in accordance with the company's goal to consistently improve internal organizational processes while providing better resources to their community residents and board members. The new and improved website offers all necessary online tools that residents need in order to manage daily life living in their HOA such as making secure online payments, submit architectural requests, and stay informed about board training events. It also allows for the PDS team to accurately and efficiently route communications and address resident inquiries quickly. Web users may also learn about each service offering in detail such as HOA Accounting, HOA Collections, HOA Community Management, as well as utilize quick links to make contact with PDS management.

Last December, PDS also designed and launched their very own application, named the “HOA Link.” Unrivaled in the HOA management industry, this app offers direct communication between communities and PDS. The easy to use app allows users to look up PDS community websites, contact community managers, make payments within seconds, report violations, and learn about upcoming community events - all while on the go.

Planned Development Services has always been structured to ensure effective and friendly communication between HOA board members, homeowners, and their PDS team of community managers. The relocation to a new facility, development of the new website, and the launch of the HOA Link app, is a natural progression of the company's mission to stay connected with their customers, encourage ongoing education, and continual support of their communities.

Since 1995, PDS has provided award winning homeowner association management services to their customers, the volunteer board members, and residents across the Phoenix Valley. PDS provides services to over 120 communities consisting of large master planned, condominium, and small custom neighborhoods. Services include homeowner’s association management, accounting services, collections, homeowner communications, vendor management, HOA Board education, and more. PDS is a proud member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
