Feb 11, 2015 /prREACH/ -- San Diego, CA--At the end of 2013, Real Estate Worldwide (REWW) went through a massive change and, reinventing itself, transitioned into the business model it is today. REWW is widely known in real estate investment circles for its cutting edge education programs and database systems. Over the last year, REWW has been pulling together an elite team of real estate investment coaches for the benefit of its students.

Justin Colby and Eddie Rosefield, friends and business associates since their college days, started investing in real estate in 2007, right at the beginning of the housing crises; a bold move by anybody's standards.

Nonetheless, both knew it was the right time for them, and they started out by wholesaling houses together, while forming relationships with local cash buyers and private lenders. Then, during a back-of-the-napkin type business negotiation, they got private funding to the tune of $100,000, and started flipping houses. It was a wild but joyful ride from there, with one successful transaction after another making a name for themselves in the real estate investment arena.

Brushing elbows with the likes of Preston Ely and Than Merril, before long their paths crossed with Kent Clothier, renowned real estate investment expert, author and public speaker; Clothier also happens to be the founder and CEO of Real Estate Worldwide. Colby, Rosefield and Clothier hit it off instantly and all three knew that they could do great things together.

In 2013, a well-known coaching organization began courting Colby and Rosefield.  When the two reached out for some advice from their friend, Clothier threw his hat in the ring, suggesting that Colby and Rosefield do something with him instead. "We didn't even have to think about it," recalls Rosefield, "we knew right away that REWW was the right fit for us." The two now head up REWW's elite coaching division, spearheading the entire program and bringing on new coaches who are not only trained by them personally, but also are active investors with significant accomplishments under their own belts.

Since its inception in 2014, the new REWW program has brought on nearly 100 new coaching students who are receiving one-on-one coaching calls, access to all of the state of the art real estate investment database systems, and even a top of the line package that entitles the student to two days of  "boots on the ground' training, where a certified REWW coach either goes to the student's home, or the student comes to the offices of the coach, at which point they "roll up their sleeves" together and help the student take his or her business to the next level.

Covering everything from marketing, deal analysis, framing scripts, writing contracts, lead generation and management, to back office organization, negotiation, legal paperwork on titles and escrow, mindset and even time management, the coach works with the student to really help them catapult their business in an apprenticeship-type setting.

According to research, there is no other real estate investment-coaching platform out there that has such a tailored approach; most are simply one-size-fits-all curriculum based programs.

When asked which of the two "boots-on-the-ground" scenarios is most optimal, Rosefield replied, "well, it depends.  Every student is different. We have been to certain areas where it was definitely a benefit to the student for us to be there in their own neighborhood. Then again, there is sometimes the argument for them to come to us, in that they see, in a very real way, how a successful real estate investment business works; they see us look at properties, and do deals. We typically make the decision about where they are going to get the most out of it- us to them or them to us- after the 2nd or 3rd coaching call. It's a decision we make together based on the needs of the student's own business."

Something about the approach is working, as evidenced by the hundreds of success stories that have been pouring in via social media posts and email since the program began.

"Real Estate Worldwide has taken the best of what it had, let go of what wasn't working, and added a whole new set of benefits for its students" said Clothier. "I think I speak for everyone in the organization when I say I'm beyond excited to see where this is going. We're helping people change their lives for the better. That feels damn good, to say the very least."
