Mar 16, 2015 /prREACH/ -- San Antonio Remodeler Vision Design and Build is pleased to announce that owner, Bryan Smith, has been awarded the Graduate Master Remodeler designation as of February 25, 2015.

The term “Master Builder” used to mean something.  In this age of “general contractors”, there is a general lack of knowledge about the complex materials, methods and systems used to construct a durable, high performance home.

The ultimate symbol of the remodeling professional, the National Association of Home Builders Graduate Master Remodeler designation, is for experienced remodelers only.  This designation is voluntarily earned, not required by law, providing a benchmark of business achievement clients can use to measure remodelers. Qualifications include 15 years remodeling experience, completion of 5 required courses, and having an active CGR for 5 years or active CR (Certified Remodeler) from NARI (National Association Remodeling Industry) for 10 years. This designation helps clients identify professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence.  To earn this designation, builders must complete a regularly updated curriculum of industry related education, have the proper experience, and pledge their commitment to a professional Code of Ethics.  When hiring a Graduate Master Remodeler, anyone can expect an experienced builder committed to delivering a quality product.  This designation truly defines what it means to be a residential building/remodeling expert.

As 1 of only 50 designees in the U.S., Bryan Smith is one of 13 in the state of Texas and the only San Antonio remodeler with the Grand Master Remodeler designation.  Bryan also holds the Graduate Master Builder designation and, as such, is able to serve the needs of both renovation and new construction clients.
