Stars Align Rising Talents to Perform Benefit Concert

Most people know that success leaves clues and that those who have forged their way to the top find meaning in giving back. And that’s just what Stars Align founders Margaret and Larry White have done.

The couple has put together an amazing benefit performance on July 15th. This will be an evening to remember, as the protégés of Stars Align gather together to showcase their talents. These young performers are soaring to their own success under the tutelage of the Whites. In addition to the live performance, area artists will showcase their works as well.

Members of the National City-based ARTS (A Reason to Survive) will benefit from the proceeds of this event.

The evening of  July 15th will be a moment to remember, as the performers of Stars Align gather together to showcase their talents. Carlos Aguilar, Sadie Duca, Makenzie Greiner, Logan Hilstead, Haley Horsager, Gabriela Lipson, Morgan Mentzer, Lindsay Martin, Dali Moutal, Kaitlyn Parra, Ross Srabi, and Clifton Williams are slated to take the stage to delight the audience with their musical and performing talents.

Stars Align Founders Margaret and Larry White formed the company to provide direction and opportunity to budding performers. Margaret has a long career in music and event production, and is a budding artist in her own right. Larry White is an international recording artist, who has long been recognized as one of the top talents in the music business, arranging and conducting for film, TV, and Broadway. He and Margaret are a proven team, who have co-written over 200 songs, in a unique blend of Jazz and R & B, together. Larry has also coached a number of young artists to success on a number of platforms, including The Voice and America’s Got Talent.

Margaret White said that she and Larry, believe in the Elevator Theory. “When you’ve reached the top in your field, you have to go back down to help the next generation rise to the top of their success,” she explains.

The evening begins with an Art Event, showcasing area artists from 4 to 7 p.m. The show is curated and directed by area sculptor and painter Patricia Palenschat. The Peter Marin Quartet will provide the entertainment during this time as well. Then the stage from Stars Align show runs from 7 to 9 p.m.

Proceeds from the event will provide scholarships to members of ARTS (A Reason to Survive), a National City-based organization which believes in the power of the arts and creativity to literally transform lives – especially those of kids.

A bevy of community sponsors have come forth to support this love fest on the arts, including SoLoMo Auto Tinting, California Music Studios, Jazz 88.3, Century 21, EmbroidMe, Larry White Band, Radio Bandiego, Del Mar Lifestyle, TBS Photography, Ascent Real Estate.
