Dec 12, 2014 /prREACH/ -- Zeke’s Unchained Animal Restaurant and Bar is owned by three professionally trained chefs who met in culinary school. It is located at 3508 E Lake Street in the Longfellow neighborhood in Minneapolis. Their goal was to provide great food and drinks in a fun, relaxing atmosphere that allows everyone to become "unchained" from their daily grind. They are thrilled to be able to offer their customers Zeke’s Original mixed drinks. Zeke's Original mixed drinks menu includes a Sultry Quizmistress, the Unchained Ginger, Zeke's Raspberry Mojito, a Bacon Old Fashioned, and Hibiscus Bloom.
The Sultry Quizmistress is made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Gingerale, Fernet, and a splash of sweet and sour.
The Unchained Ginger is a mixture of house infused orange and black pepper Vodka, ginger syrup and soda water garnished with an orange.
Zeke’s Raspberry Mojito is a combination of Tequila and Raspberry Liqueur mixed with lemon and mint, then topped off with a splash of sprite.
The Bacon Old Fashioned is bourbon infused with bacon, a dash of sugar with Blackstrap bitters.
The Hibiscus Bloom is made with Gin and Hibiscus Liqueur garnished with Rosemary.
Zeke’s Unchained Animal Restaurant and Bar is unveiling the new menu on October first. They are inviting everyone in the Minneapolis - St. Paul metro area to join them in trying out Zeke’s Original mixed drinks. The usual fare Zeke’s Unchained Animal Restaurant and Bar includes crisp salads, a variety of sandwiches, yummy burgers, and 'build-your-own' pizzas. They have 23 varieties of Minnesota-made craft beer on tap. Zeke's is the unofficial expert for Minnesota craft beer with varieties that run the gamut from pale lagers to traditional stouts. They are hoping for a great response from their customers for Zeke's Original mixed drinks. The restaurant also has live music most days.
