    Peoria, Arizona, April 19th, 2014 – Planned Development Services (PDS), The Phoenix Valley’s premier HOA Management company since 1995, has launched a new website to better serve their community residents, board members, and prospective clients.

    The new website project was driven from the companies’ goal to consistently improve internal organizational processes while also providing better resources to their community residents and board members. The new and improved website does just that. The site offers all necessary online tools that residents need in order to manage daily life living in their HOA such as making secure online payments, report violations, submit architectural requests, property manager updates, appeal fines, and stay informed about board training events. It also allows for the PDS team to accurately and efficiently route communications and address resident inquiries quickly.

    The community, or homeowner, section of the website also includes a fully comprehensive community look-up tool so users can easily find their respective community websites as well as their community managers direct contact information.

    Also featured on the new website, a section dedicated to “Explore The PDS Difference” for prospective clients to discover how PDS sets themselves apart from the competition. Viewers can learn about each service offering in detail and utilize quick links to make contact with PDS management. Services include HOA Accounting, HOA Collections, HOA Community Management, and HOA Board Education.

    Early last year PDS introduced an informative blog to all board members, which provides not only community updates, but also online registration access to board trainings, educational articles, and legislative updates. The blog can now be found on the home page of the new and improved website for all users to view.

    Last December, PDS designed and launched their very own application, named the “HOA Link.” Unrivaled in the HOA management industry, this app offers direct communication between communities and the management company. The easy to use app allows users to look up PDS community websites, contact community managers, make payments within seconds, report violations, and learn about upcoming community events - all while on the go.
