    Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions, the industry leader in automotive telephone training, dealership management training, internet response, BDC training, and car sales training, is excited to announce that Nextup, a leader in performance management solutions, will be a sponsor at their Management By Fire event on July 12th-14th in Dallas Texas.

    “The Proactive Training Solutions team realized a long time ago that the open floor model is a productivity killer at dealerships. The only reason most dealers still have an open floor is because they’ve always had an open floor and not necessarily because it’s a better way. Five salespeople standing by the front door for three hours while waiting for one customer didn’t make sense in 1994 and it certainly doesn’t make sense today,” said Alan Ram, President of Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions. “It’s exciting when Proactive Training Solutions clients are also clients of Nextup because it provides their staff with the culture, process and opportunity to put everything they learn into practice.”

    Management By Fire is a two and a half day event conducted entirely by Alan Ram of Proactive Training Solutions, intended to empower dealership management staff with the skills to effectively manage activity, drive traffic, and convert opportunities to do business.

    “Management By Fire is a valuable complement to Nextup’s solution,” said Clint Burns, CEO of Nextup. “Nextup allows the sales team to not only focus on the sale but provides them the time to be productive when not on the sales floor and Alan’s training shows them how to make the best use of that time.”

    At Management By Fire, Alan Ram will ensure that dealers and managers learn the skills necessary to manage dealership activity as well as simple processes to convert not only inbound, but just as importantly outbound opportunities as well.
