Dr. Daniel Strader recently introduced Invisalign at his Dallas, TX office to help patients achieve a better smile quickly while looking great in the process.
Instead of traditional metal brackets and wires that are cumbersome and unattractive, the Invisalign system instead uses clear plastic aligners that are customized to each patient’s smile, gradually shifting their teeth into perfect alignment. The thin plastic aligners are barely noticeable when worn.

Dr. Strader uses 3D imaging to create a series of plastic aligners that will shift patient’s teeth over time. Each set of aligners is worn by the patient for about three weeks for the majority of the day. Aligners are removed for eating and brushing, but can also be easily taken out for special occasions like meetings, events, reunions, and family pictures.
The average treatment time for Invisalign patients is about nine months. While those with severe misalignment or gapping generally aren’t candidates for Invisalign, it is a great treatment option for those with mild to moderate misalignment or gapping.
