Nov 13, 2013 /prREACH/ -- NOVEMBER 1 (SEATTLE) – One danger of fluoride is calcification of the pineal gland, or “third eye.” It is located in the center of the brain, between its two hemispheres. The pineal gland produces melatonin, the so-called “sleep hormone.”

Calcification of the pineal gland can disrupt sleep patterns. Calcification involves the build-up of calcium phosphate crystals.

The best ways to decalcify the pineal gland are reducing the amount of fluoride ingested, eating more organic food and taking iodine supplements.

Removing fluoride from drinking water requires either a reverse osmosis filter or an activated alumina filter. Fluoride-free toothpastes also are available.

Eating organic food will reduce the amount of synthetic chemicals and heavy metals a person consumes, helping to decalcify the pineal gland. Getting more magnesium and calcium in a person’s diet also will help the body eliminate excess fluoride.

Iodine supplements also can help remove excess fluoride from a person’s body. They are available at many health food and vitamin supplement stores.

Other foods good for decalcifying the pineal gland include lemons (which contain citric acid), garlic and raw apple cider vinegar.
