Jun 06, 2014 /prREACH/ -- June 6, 2014 (San Diego, CA)-- According to a recent report by research firm CoreLogic, wealthy individuals, real estate investors, foreigners, and retirees are altering real estate markets across the nation with all-cash deals to the tune of about 40%, helping to make up for a disturbingly high absence of first-time buyers who are struggling to qualify for a loan or save up the cash for a down payment.

The surprising thing, according to some, is that more and more of these cash buyers are individuals, not institutional investors like those who swooped down on to the housing market at the height of its collapse, and then bailed when home prices rose.

"It's the investor and the wealthy individual that's keeping the market alive," said Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody's Analytics. "The wealthy buyers in particular are fully engaged now. The stock market is up and times are good for them."

That's great news for real estate investors everywhere, who can now easily access information about all-cash homebuyers, where they are buying, and how much they are paying, via real estate database systems such as Find Cash Buyers Now (FCBN).

Find Cash Buyers Now (FCBN), is a state of the art database system that allows real estate investors to access a database of cash buyer investors by county. The system also gives them access to the names and contact information of those valuable cash buyers, where they purchased property with cash, when they made the purchase, and for how much.
